Yes. Since 2008, SUOMMO has built a distinguished international reputation. From its early presentations at international design fairs to showrooms and private commissions, the brand has built relationships with clients across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Asia and Australia.
Over the years, SUOMMO and its creations have received extensive attention from the international press. Yet one of the strongest expressions of trust in the brand has always come from its clients themselves. Personal recommendations have introduced one family to another, creating relationships that extend across countries and generations of clients seeking something exceptional and deeply individual.
Every order is handled personally through SUOMMO’s official channels and coordinated by our Concierge team, from the formalisation of the order and payment through production and worldwide delivery. For SUOMMO, security is not a single stage of the acquisition; it is the continuity of the service and experience behind it.
-
SUOMMO creations are produced in limited quantities, reflecting the time and craftsmanship devoted to each one. When held in stock, they may be available immediately; others are created to order, allowing the time their production requires.
Each model has its own lead time, indicated on its dedicated page. Personalisation may extend this timeframe depending on the level of detail and refinement involved.
Your Concierge will confirm current availability and the expected timeframe.
-
SUOMMO orders are denominated in euros and may be settled by bank transfer, including international transfers.
Selected cryptocurrencies are also accepted, including EURC, USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP. Other cryptocurrencies may be available upon confirmation by your Concierge.
For cryptocurrency payments, the amount payable is calculated against the euro value of the order at the time payment is arranged. Your Concierge will provide the payment instructions directly.
-
Yes. SUOMMO offers a dedicated door-to-door service worldwide, with every journey personally coordinated from departure through to arrival at its final destination.
Each creation is prepared in high-security protective packaging specifically conceived for transport. SUOMMO coordinates its journey with leading international logistics partners, selected according to the destination and its particular requirements.
Every order travels with comprehensive all-risk coverage, protecting the creation from the moment of purchase until it reaches its destination. Your Concierge oversees the entire process, including transport and customs coordination, and can also arrange duties, taxes and import formalities in advance according to the requirements of each country.
-
Once the details of your order have been agreed and confirmed, SUOMMO begins the processes required for its fulfilment, including production, personalisation, allocation of materials or preparation where applicable.
Should you wish to make a change after confirmation, please contact your Concierge as soon as possible. Any request to amend or cancel an order will be considered according to its nature and the stage it has reached.
For made-to-order, personalised or individually specified creations, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible once the corresponding process has begun.
-
Returns are considered according to the nature of each order and the terms that apply.
Made-to-order, personalised or individually specified creations are generally not eligible for return, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply.
Should a return need to be arranged, please contact your Concierge beforehand. Our team will coordinate the entire process directly with you, including the appropriate transport, ensuring the same level of care throughout the return journey.
-
SUOMMO creations are accompanied by a 10-Year International Warranty.
This extended warranty applies to the structural integrity and essential functionality of the creation, in accordance with the warranty terms applicable to each model. Finishes, textiles and elements naturally subject to use or ageing are not included within this extended coverage.
Upon completion, every SUOMMO creation is entered into the brand's official registry, where its identifying details and warranty record are documented and associated with the client. This allows your Concierge to verify its warranty status directly whenever assistance is required.
-
SUOMMO creations are made from carefully selected materials and finishes chosen for their quality, durability and ability to endure over time.
As each material has its own characteristics, routine care should follow the recommendations provided by SUOMMO.
Where more specialised attention, maintenance or restoration is required, your Concierge can advise on the appropriate care and coordinate any necessary intervention.
-
At SUOMMO, personalisation begins with a conversation. Every creation has an identity of its own, yet within it there is room for a personal vision to take shape.
From the most subtle detail to a more singular commission, each request is considered individually.
Your Concierge will accompany you throughout the process and coordinate the development of your request directly with the SUOMMO team.
-
SUOMMO selects diamonds for their exceptional quality, purity and brilliance. Technical grading is only the beginning; each stone is considered individually for the light, fire and character it brings to a creation.
Our diamonds are selected according to internationally recognised gemmological standards, accompanied by GIA certification where applicable.
SUOMMO is committed to responsible sourcing, with diamonds sourced through channels that uphold the standards of the Kimberley Process and the World Diamond Council System of Warranties.
-
SUOMMO selects gold of exceptional purity, chosen for its warmth, richness of colour and its ability to preserve the finest expression of craftsmanship. This pursuit of quality, provenance and assurance leads naturally to Switzerland.
Our gold is sourced through refiners accredited by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and included on its Good Delivery List. Depending on the creation, SUOMMO uses 24-carat fine gold or 18-carat gold, each chosen according to the character and technical requirements of the design, from the purity of fine gold to the strength, colour and finish achieved through carefully considered alloys.
The origin and specification of the gold are documented within the brand's official registry, alongside each creation's identifying details. SUOMMO is also committed to responsible sourcing, selecting refiners that meet recognised standards of traceability and responsible practice, including those certified under the Responsible Jewellery Council Code of Practices.
-
Every SUOMMO creation is individually recorded upon completion in the brand's official registry, together with its identifying details and provenance.
Its documentation provides a direct link to this record, allowing its authenticity to be verified with SUOMMO throughout its lifetime.
If you wish to confirm the authenticity of a creation, your Concierge can verify its details directly against the SUOMMO registry. At the time of acquisition, authenticity can only be guaranteed through SUOMMO's official channels.

1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how SUOMMO collects, uses, stores, protects and, where necessary, shares personal information in connection with suommo.com, communications with our Concierge team, requests for information, orders, delivery, after-sales assistance, warranty, provenance and authenticity records, and any other interaction with SUOMMO through its official channels.
SUOMMO approaches privacy according to a principle of proportionality. Personal information is collected and processed only where it is relevant to a specific relationship, request, service or legal obligation, and is not used for purposes incompatible with those for which it was obtained.
This Policy applies to information received through suommo.com and through official SUOMMO communication channels. Where a third-party website, application or service is accessed from our website, the privacy practices of that third party will apply to information processed independently by that provider.
2. DATA CONTROLLER
Personal information processed in connection with SUOMMO is controlled by the legal entity responsible for the relevant relationship with the client or visitor. The identity and contact details of the applicable entity are communicated at the point at which the relevant personal information is requested and, where applicable, are included in the corresponding order or contractual documentation.
For privacy-related enquiries, SUOMMO may be contacted through the official contact and Concierge channels published on suommo.com.
Where European data protection law applies, information provided when personal data are obtained must include, among other matters, the identity and contact details of the controller, the purposes and legal basis of processing, recipients, retention criteria and the rights available to the individual.
3. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
The information processed by SUOMMO depends on the nature of the relationship concerned.
It may include identification and contact information; correspondence and information contained in a request made to our Concierge team; preferences or specifications communicated in relation to a creation; information necessary to prepare, document or fulfil an order; billing and transactional information; delivery information; information required for customs, transportation or insurance purposes; and details connected with warranty, provenance, authenticity and the official SUOMMO registry.
Where necessary for the operation and security of suommo.com, certain technical information relating to the browser, device, network connection, security events or interaction with the website may also be processed by SUOMMO or by the providers responsible for the technical operation of the site.
SUOMMO does not seek to collect information that is unrelated to the purpose for which the client or visitor is interacting with the brand.
4. HOW INFORMATION IS OBTAINED
Personal information is primarily obtained directly from the person concerned, or from an authorised representative acting on that person’s behalf, when contacting SUOMMO, communicating with Concierge, requesting information, arranging a commission or personalisation, placing an order, coordinating delivery or requesting assistance.
In limited circumstances, information may also be received from service providers or other parties involved in fulfilling a client’s request, including financial institutions, payment service providers, logistics operators, insurers, customs representatives or professional advisers.
Technical information relating to the operation and security of suommo.com may be generated automatically when the website is accessed, including through strictly necessary cookies or comparable technologies.
5. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
SUOMMO may process personal information in order to respond to enquiries and requests; provide Concierge services; take steps prior to entering into a transaction; prepare, confirm and fulfil orders; manage personalisation or bespoke commissions; coordinate payments, transportation, customs, insurance and delivery; provide after-sales assistance; administer warranty obligations; maintain provenance and authenticity records; protect the integrity of the official SUOMMO registry; comply with accounting, tax, regulatory or other legal obligations; prevent fraud and misuse; protect the security of clients, communications and systems; and establish, exercise or defend legal rights where necessary.
Depending on the circumstances and the law applicable to the processing, the relevant legal basis may include the performance of a contract or steps requested before entering into one, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests pursued by SUOMMO or another party where those interests do not override the rights of the individual, or consent where consent is required. These are recognised bases of lawful processing under the GDPR.
SUOMMO does not sell personal information.
SUOMMO does not use personal information obtained through its client relationships for indiscriminate or unsolicited mass marketing. Where any optional communication requires consent under applicable law, it will be sent only on the basis permitted by that law and any consent may subsequently be withdrawn.
SUOMMO does not use solely automated decision-making to make decisions about clients that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
6. SHARING INFORMATION
SUOMMO does not disclose personal information to third parties except where this is necessary for a legitimate purpose connected with the relationship concerned, where the individual has requested or authorised the disclosure, or where disclosure is required by law.
Depending on the nature of the service, information may be made available to carefully selected providers involved in website hosting and technology, banking or payment arrangements, secure transportation, logistics, customs clearance, insurance, professional services, legal or accounting advice, technical assistance or other services necessary for the execution of a client request or order.
Only the information reasonably required for the relevant purpose should be communicated.
Information may also be disclosed where required by a competent authority, judicial order or other binding legal requirement, or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, prevent fraud or protect the security of SUOMMO, its clients or third parties.
7. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING AND TRANSFERS
SUOMMO serves clients internationally and may work with specialised providers in different countries. As a result, personal information may in certain circumstances be processed or transferred outside the country in which it was originally collected.
Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for an international transfer of personal information, SUOMMO will use the mechanisms appropriate to the circumstances, which may include an applicable adequacy framework, contractual safeguards or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.
Under the GDPR, information concerning contemplated international transfers and the relevant safeguards forms part of the information to be provided to the individual where applicable.
8. RETENTION OF INFORMATION
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained and for any additional period required or permitted by applicable law.
The appropriate retention period will depend on the nature of the information and the relationship concerned. A general enquiry that does not develop into a client relationship does not necessarily require the same retention period as information forming part of a completed transaction.
Certain information connected with an order may need to be retained for accounting, tax, contractual, regulatory, security or legal purposes.
Information forming part of SUOMMO’s official records of a creation, including identifying information relevant to provenance, authenticity and warranty, may be preserved for a longer period where this is necessary to maintain the integrity and continuity of those records and to permit future verification of the creation.
9. THE SUOMMO OFFICIAL REGISTRY
Certain SUOMMO creations are individually recorded upon completion. The corresponding record may contain identifying information about the creation, its specifications, provenance, warranty status and, where appropriate, information linking that record to the original client.
The purpose of this registry is to preserve an authoritative record of the creation and permit SUOMMO to verify matters such as authenticity, provenance and warranty over time.
Access to such records is restricted and information will not be disclosed merely because a third party asks whether a particular person is or has been a SUOMMO client. Verification procedures may require appropriate information concerning the creation and, where necessary, evidence of the requesting party’s legitimate relationship to it.
10. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
SUOMMO applies technical and organisational measures considered appropriate to the nature of the information processed and the risks associated with that processing.
These measures are intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, improper disclosure, alteration, accidental loss, destruction or other unlawful processing. The GDPR likewise requires personal data to be processed with appropriate security and confidentiality measures.
Access to client information is limited according to operational need. Providers acting on behalf of SUOMMO are expected to handle information only for the purposes for which it has been made available and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
No system connected to the Internet can be described as absolutely immune from risk. Accordingly, SUOMMO continually approaches information security as an ongoing responsibility rather than as an absolute guarantee.
11. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on the law applicable to you and to the processing concerned, you may have the right to request access to personal information held about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion in appropriate circumstances, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing and, where applicable, portability of information.
Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn for the future without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Certain rights are not absolute. A request for deletion, for example, may not require information to be erased where its continued retention is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, establish or defend legal rights, fulfil an applicable contractual obligation or maintain a record that SUOMMO is otherwise entitled or required to retain.
Where applicable, individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. The GDPR expressly provides for rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority, subject to the conditions applicable to each right.
Requests concerning personal information may be submitted through SUOMMO’s official contact channels. SUOMMO may request information necessary to verify the identity and authority of the person making the request before disclosing or altering protected information.
12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Although SUOMMO creates objects associated with childhood and the beginning of life, suommo.com and SUOMMO’s commercial and Concierge services are directed to adults.
SUOMMO does not knowingly seek personal information directly from children through its website or Concierge services. Where information relating to a child is genuinely necessary in connection with a client request, it should be limited to what is necessary for that specific purpose and provided by a parent, guardian or other person authorised to do so.
13. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies are small files or pieces of information stored or accessed on a user’s device when visiting a website. Similar technologies may perform comparable functions.
Suommo.com is hosted using Squarespace. Squarespace uses certain necessary technologies to deliver and secure websites hosted on its platform and may also support optional analytics, performance and third-party technologies depending on the configuration and integrations used by an individual site.
Strictly necessary cookies may be used where required to provide core website functions, maintain security, remember privacy choices or enable requested functionality. Because these technologies are necessary for the operation of the service, they may not require consent where applicable law permits their use without it.
Preference or functional technologies may be used where a visitor requests or selects a particular website function or preference.
Analytics and performance technologies, where enabled, may be used to understand the technical performance or general use of the website. Where consent is legally required, such non-essential technologies will be subject to the visitor’s choice.
Third-party technologies may arise where external services, embedded content or integrations are used. The relevant provider may process information independently under its own privacy and cookie terms. Squarespace specifically notes that third-party integrations may place their own cookies and that restricting Squarespace’s non-essential cookies does not necessarily disable every technology introduced by a third-party service.
SUOMMO does not use cookies for behavioural advertising or the creation of advertising profiles.
14. COOKIE CONSENT AND PREFERENCES
Where non-essential cookies or comparable technologies require consent under applicable law, visitors will be given an opportunity to make the relevant choice before those technologies are activated to the extent required.
Where cookie preference controls are available, visitors may accept, reject or manage non-essential cookies and may subsequently amend their preferences.
For users subject to the applicable Spanish and European cookie requirements, accepting cookies should not be made easier or more prominent than rejecting them; the AEPD states that both options should be presented at the same level and with equivalent visibility. Squarespace currently provides controls capable of offering “Accept”, “Decline all” and “Manage cookies”, and can restrict certain non-essential cookies until consent is given.
Visitors may also control or delete cookies through their browser or device settings. Blocking certain necessary technologies may affect the operation of functionality that depends upon them.
15. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND COMMUNICATION SERVICES
Suommo.com may contain links to websites, communication platforms or services operated by independent third parties.
When a visitor leaves suommo.com or chooses to communicate through an external platform, that provider may process information under its own terms and privacy practices. SUOMMO does not control the independent processing activities of a third-party service merely because a link to that service appears on suommo.com.
Visitors are therefore encouraged to review the privacy information supplied by the relevant provider where appropriate.
16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
SUOMMO may update this Privacy & Cookie Policy where necessary to reflect changes in the website, the services offered, the technologies used, legal or regulatory requirements, or the manner in which personal information is processed.
The current version will be made available through suommo.com and will indicate the date of its latest update.
Material changes affecting the way existing personal information is processed will be addressed in accordance with any notification or consent requirements applicable to the circumstances.
17. CONTACT
Questions concerning this Privacy & Cookie Policy, the processing of personal information or the exercise of privacy rights may be addressed to SUOMMO through the official contact channels published on suommo.com.
Where a request concerns a particular order, warranty, provenance or authenticity record, providing the relevant order or creation reference will assist SUOMMO in identifying the corresponding record without requesting unnecessary additional information.
-
1. SCOPE
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of suommo.com and, where applicable, the acquisition of SUOMMO creations through the brand’s official channels.
By using suommo.com, you agree to use the website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Where a client enters into a transaction with SUOMMO, the specific order documentation agreed with the client forms part of the contractual relationship and prevails in relation to matters expressly agreed for that order.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
2. SUOMMO AND THE CONTRACTING ENTITY
SUOMMO operates internationally and may conduct transactions through different legal entities according to the nature and location of the client, the creation concerned and the requirements of the transaction.
The legal entity acting as seller or contracting party for a particular order will be identified in the corresponding quotation, order confirmation, invoice or contractual documentation before the transaction is completed.
The contractual relationship relating to an acquisition is therefore established with the SUOMMO entity identified in that documentation.
Where mandatory consumer legislation requires additional information concerning the seller before a distance contract is concluded, that information must be provided clearly to the client.
3. INFORMATION ON SUOMMO.COM
SUOMMO takes reasonable care to ensure that descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, photographs and other information presented on suommo.com accurately represent its creations.
Images are intended to convey the appearance and character of each creation. Differences in screens, lighting, materials, natural variations, handcrafted processes and individual finishes may result in subtle variations between an image and the finished creation.
Such variations are inherent in materials and craftsmanship and do not necessarily constitute a lack of conformity.
SUOMMO may update, refine or correct website content, specifications, availability or other information where necessary.
4. ACQUIRING A SUOMMO CREATION
SUOMMO creations are acquired exclusively through the personal guidance of the brand’s Concierge team.
A request, conversation, quotation or preliminary proposal does not in itself constitute acceptance of an order.
Before an acquisition is confirmed, the relevant details may include the creation selected, personalisation where applicable, price, payment arrangements, estimated lead time, delivery destination and any particular requirements associated with the commission.
Once these details have been agreed, the corresponding SUOMMO entity will prepare the documentation required to formalise the order.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION
An order becomes binding when it has been expressly accepted in accordance with the order documentation supplied by SUOMMO and any required payment or deposit has been received or otherwise confirmed as stipulated in that documentation.
SUOMMO reserves the right not to accept a request where, among other circumstances, a creation is unavailable, required materials cannot reasonably be obtained, the proposed commission cannot be undertaken, payment arrangements cannot be completed, information provided is insufficient or inconsistent, or acceptance would conflict with a legal or regulatory obligation.
Where an order is not accepted, any amount already received in respect of that unaccepted order will be dealt with in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
6. AVAILABILITY AND LEAD TIMES
SUOMMO creations are produced in limited quantities. Some may be available immediately, while others are created to order.
Lead times vary according to the model, materials, craftsmanship involved, personalisation and other characteristics of the commission. Any timeframe communicated before confirmation is an estimate unless expressly identified in the contractual documentation as a binding delivery date.
SUOMMO will inform the client of material changes affecting an agreed timeframe where reasonably possible.
Where mandatory consumer law establishes specific rights in relation to delayed delivery, those rights remain unaffected. Under EU distance-selling rules, for example, delivery must ordinarily take place within the agreed period or, absent another agreement, within the applicable statutory timeframe.
7. PRICES
Unless otherwise expressly stated, SUOMMO prices are denominated in euros.
The price applicable to an order is the price confirmed in the corresponding order documentation. Website prices may be amended at any time before an order has been accepted.
Taxes, duties, import charges, delivery costs or other amounts applicable to a transaction will be determined according to the nature and destination of the order and communicated as part of the acquisition process where applicable.
An obvious typographical, calculation or pricing error does not oblige SUOMMO to complete a transaction at an incorrect price where the error could reasonably have been recognised as such. In that event, the correct position will be communicated to the client before proceeding.
8. PAYMENT
Orders may be settled by bank transfer, including international transfer, in accordance with the payment instructions supplied directly by SUOMMO.
Selected cryptocurrencies may also be accepted, including those confirmed by the Concierge for the particular transaction.
All orders remain denominated in euros. Where cryptocurrency is accepted as the method of settlement, the amount payable is calculated by reference to the euro value of the order at the time payment is arranged.
A payment is considered completed once the corresponding funds have been received and confirmed through the applicable banking or payment mechanism.
SUOMMO will never require payment to an account, wallet or destination that has not been communicated or confirmed through an official SUOMMO channel. Clients should verify any payment instruction that appears unusual or inconsistent before transferring funds.
9. PERSONALISATION AND BESPOKE COMMISSIONS
Personalisation and bespoke work are considered individually and developed in consultation with the client.
Any specifications approved by the client may form part of the contractual documentation for the commission.
Because handcrafted processes, precious materials and natural materials may exhibit individual characteristics, reasonable variations inherent in the agreed material or method may occur.
Once bespoke work, personalisation, allocation of particular materials or production has commenced, subsequent alterations may not be possible or may require a revision of price and lead time.
10. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
If a client wishes to modify or cancel an order after confirmation, the request should be made to the Concierge as soon as possible.
Any request will be considered according to the nature of the commission and the stage it has reached.
For creations made to order, personalised or produced to individual specifications, amendment or cancellation may no longer be possible once the corresponding work, procurement or preparation has commenced.
Nothing in this section limits a mandatory right of withdrawal or cancellation where such a right applies by law.
11. RETURNS AND RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL
Returns are considered according to the nature of the order and the legal provisions applicable to the transaction.
Made-to-order, personalised or individually specified creations are generally not eligible for voluntary return. Under EU consumer rules, goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised are among the recognised exceptions to the ordinary right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal does apply, its exercise will be governed by the mandatory conditions, periods and procedures applicable to the transaction. For many EU distance contracts involving non-personalised goods, the statutory withdrawal period is fourteen days from delivery.
Any return must be coordinated with SUOMMO before shipment. Due to the nature, size and value of many SUOMMO creations, unauthorised return transport should not be arranged independently.
Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory remedies or consumer rights arising under applicable law.
12. WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
SUOMMO offers a dedicated door-to-door delivery service internationally, subject to the destination, the nature of the creation and any applicable legal, logistical or customs restrictions.
Each creation is prepared in high-security protective packaging specifically conceived for transportation. SUOMMO coordinates its journey with leading international logistics partners selected according to the destination and particular requirements of the shipment.
Orders travel with the insurance or transit coverage agreed for the transaction. Where SUOMMO has undertaken responsibility for transportation, the corresponding arrangements remain under SUOMMO’s coordination until the agreed point of delivery.
For EU consumer transactions, the seller ordinarily bears the risk during transportation where the carrier has been engaged by the seller.
13. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT FORMALITIES
International deliveries may be subject to customs formalities, import duties, taxes, licences, restrictions or other requirements imposed by the destination country.
Where agreed, SUOMMO or its appointed providers may coordinate customs procedures and may arrange duties, taxes and import formalities in advance according to the requirements of the destination.
The treatment of such amounts and procedures will be confirmed for the relevant transaction. SUOMMO cannot override decisions or requirements imposed by customs, governmental or regulatory authorities.
The old SUOMMO terms placed virtually all import responsibility on the recipient; the new service model is intentionally different, with Concierge able to coordinate these matters as part of the delivery.
14. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
The client must provide accurate information reasonably required to complete delivery and notify SUOMMO of any circumstances that may materially affect access or receipt.
For large, heavy or unusually valuable creations, delivery may require specialist handling equipment, personnel, access planning or coordination with the receiving property.
Where installation or placement is expressly included in the order documentation, its scope will be determined by that documentation.
If delivery cannot be completed for reasons outside SUOMMO’s reasonable control, the Concierge will coordinate the appropriate next steps with the client. Additional costs arising directly from repeated or exceptional arrangements may be chargeable where legally permissible and where the client has been informed accordingly.
15. WARRANTY
SUOMMO creations are accompanied by the commercial warranty specified for the relevant model. Where a 10-Year International Warranty applies, its precise scope is governed by the warranty terms associated with that creation.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the extended SUOMMO warranty relates to the structural integrity and essential functionality covered by its terms. Finishes, textiles and elements naturally subject to use, ageing or maintenance may be subject to different conditions.
Commercial warranties operate independently of any mandatory legal guarantee rights that may apply to the transaction. EU consumer law, for example, provides minimum legal guarantee rights for consumer goods independently of any additional commercial warranty.
Warranty assistance is coordinated through the SUOMMO Concierge.
16. OFFICIAL REGISTRY, PROVENANCE AND AUTHENTICITY
Every SUOMMO creation that is entered in the brand’s official registry is recorded with the identifying information relevant to that creation, which may include serial or reference data, specifications, provenance and warranty information.
The registry constitutes SUOMMO’s authoritative internal record for verification purposes.
Documentation accompanying a creation may provide a reference to the corresponding record, but the loss of physical documentation does not, in itself, erase the underlying SUOMMO record.
At the time of acquisition, authenticity can only be guaranteed through SUOMMO’s official channels.
17. CARE, MAINTENANCE AND INTERVENTIONS
SUOMMO creations may incorporate different materials, finishes, textiles, precious metals, woods, structural elements and handcrafted processes.
Care and maintenance recommendations therefore depend on the creation concerned and should be followed in accordance with the specific information supplied by SUOMMO.
Any specialist repair, restoration, alteration or intervention should be discussed with Concierge beforehand. An unauthorised intervention may affect the applicability of a commercial warranty where the intervention has caused or contributed to the matter concerned.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on suommo.com, including trademarks, names, logos, product names, designs, sculptures, shapes, images, films, photographs, drawings, texts, graphics, layouts and other creative material, is owned by or used under authority of SUOMMO or the relevant rights holder.
Access to the website does not grant any licence to reproduce, manufacture, imitate, modify, distribute, publish, exploit commercially or otherwise use such material except as expressly permitted by law or authorised in writing.
SUOMMO names, product forms and distinctive creative elements may also be protected by trademark, design, copyright or other intellectual-property rights in one or more jurisdictions.
19. PERMITTED USE OF THE WEBSITE
Suommo.com is provided for legitimate personal, informational and commercial-contact purposes.
Users must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, gain unauthorised access to systems or information, introduce malicious code, misuse contact channels, impersonate another person, scrape or systematically extract protected content, or use the website in a manner that infringes the rights of SUOMMO or a third party.
SUOMMO may restrict access where reasonably necessary to preserve security, integrity or lawful operation.
20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Suommo.com may provide access to communication platforms, logistics information, payment services or other websites operated by third parties.
Such services remain subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers where they operate independently from SUOMMO.
The presence of a link or integration does not imply that SUOMMO controls every aspect of the third party’s service.
21. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Subject to that principle, SUOMMO is not responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, misuse of a creation contrary to supplied instructions, unauthorised alterations or interventions, inaccurate information supplied by the client, or independent acts of third parties for which SUOMMO is not legally responsible.
Information on suommo.com is provided with reasonable care, but temporary interruption, technical error or unavailability of the website does not of itself create liability where SUOMMO has acted with the diligence reasonably required in the circumstances.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
SUOMMO will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent that performance is prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural events, war, civil disturbance, governmental action, sanctions, interruption of transport, customs restrictions, industrial disputes, exceptional shortages of materials, failure of essential infrastructure or comparable events beyond reasonable control.
Where such an event materially affects an order, SUOMMO will seek to communicate with the client and determine the appropriate course of action in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
The existence of a force-majeure clause was already part of SUOMMO’s former contractual framework.
23. PRIVACY
Personal information is processed in accordance with SUOMMO’s Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of the information governing use of suommo.com and SUOMMO’s official communication channels.
24. APPLICABLE LAW AND MANDATORY RIGHTS
The law governing a particular transaction and, where applicable, the competent forum may be specified in the corresponding contractual or order documentation.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply irrespective of a contractual choice of law or jurisdiction.
This replaces the former SUOMMO approach of declaring Spanish law and Spanish courts applicable to all website and telephone orders, which reflected the structure of the business at that time.
25. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary where legally possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
26. NO WAIVER
A failure or delay by SUOMMO in exercising a right or remedy does not constitute a waiver of that right or prevent its exercise on a later occasion.
27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
SUOMMO may amend these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in the website, services, commercial practices, regulatory requirements or applicable law.
Changes to the website Terms will not retrospectively alter the specific contractual terms already agreed for an existing order unless permitted by law and agreed where required.
28. CONTACT
Questions concerning these Terms & Conditions or a particular transaction may be addressed through the official SUOMMO Concierge and contact channels published on suommo.com.
Where the enquiry concerns an existing order or creation, providing its corresponding reference will assist SUOMMO in identifying the relevant documentation.
